She is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in building systems,
managing teams, and delivering client success across industries such as real estate, SaaS, and professional services. Within the Virtual Real Estate Team, she provides full operational support designed to keep stakeholders, investors, and clients aligned at every stage of the process.

Her work includes creating and enforcing processes for seamless introductory call-to-close transactions, developing lead management and follow-up strategies, coordinating with third-party partners on getting investors the right property for them, getting them under contract,
coordinating inspections and walkthroughs, and ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met. She also manages performance tracking through KPIs, supports marketing and communication for promotions and available inventories, and oversees administrative workflows so the team can focus on closing deals and serving clients.

Her expertise lies in translating complex operations into simple, repeatable processes. From conducting introductory calls to investors and setting up technology systems, to monitoring deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Virtual Real Estate Team operates with efficiency, accountability, and excellence.

Beyond her professional strengths, she is a proud furmom to Bella, Yawi, and Shuga. Her idea of therapy is found in life’s small rituals, including cleaning and organizing her home, redecorating to reflect the seasons, and relaxing with beloved shows like Suits, The Big Bang Theory, and Two Broke Girls. This mix of structure and creativity defines her approach both in life and in business, which involve a delicate balance of discipline, efficiency, and warmth.
